JEG Properties LLC is one of several companies co-founded by Gary Jennison that have, since the 1970s, developed over $3.5 billion of real estate around the country. Since 2007 Mr. Jennison and his sons Gregory and Gary Jr. have successfully invested in and developed several projects throughout the eastern United States.

A Legacy of Trusted Leadership

JEG Properties LLC is a second-generation company founded in 2017 that has the same passion and spirt Mr. Jennison inspired in his other affiliated companies. JEG Properties LLC is an entity formed between Dupont Residences, LLC (a Jennison Family entity) and Joseph Eddy, who serves as the President of JEG Properties LLC.

Our investment strategy focuses on the acquisition and management of affordable housing, market rate housing, mixed-use properties, and hotels, as well as ground-up development and historic redevelopment along the East Coast.
